Lemon Drop Shake

Tried a new protein shake today. It was yum yum!

12 oz of Skim Milk
1 1/2 TBSP of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 TBSP of Sugar Free Lemon Instant Jello Pudding Mix
3/4 scoop of Vanilla protein powder
1 TBSP Cool Whip Lite

Blend, blend, blend. Sip, sip, sip.

I actually put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes to try to make it thicker and frosty cold. It didn't get as thick as I would have liked but I think next time I'll use 10oz of milk and add a few frozen strawberries to thicken it up.
